Hiya!
I hope you are finding P is for Pregnant helpful!
One of the most common questions I get asked by clients is: “what do I use as far as products go?”.
So, I thought I’d make it easy for you gals and write up a quick list of products that are helpful aids for couples who are trying to get pregnant.
Sometimes you just want a simple answer without all the filler text and this is it.
Kind of like when all you want is a recipe, but you have to scroll through 5 pages of backstory to get it… well, here’s the ingredients to your TTC recipe without all the BS.
If you want more in-depth info on these products or feel like you need more of a variety of options I do have a detailed post you can find here.
Everything is broken down into categories – feel free to skip to the ones that pertain to your specific needs.
If you have ANY questions about a product on this list you can leave a comment below. If you have any product suggestions f that you think should be added to the list – leave it in the comments below!
If you only buy thing make sure it is a Prenatal, Vitamins play a major role in getting pregnant!
Also, make sure you read all ingredients on supplements/vitamins if you have any type of allergies as I rec whole food products. I can not be held responsible if an allergic reaction occurs via the use of any products or supplements.

Parental Vitamins
I recommend going with whole food prenatal vitamin. Synthetic vitamins are shit – to put it mildly. BUT if you find whole foods vitamins to be too expensive any vitamin is better than no vitamin.
